Solution Architecture for critical health systems
Optimation has provided architecture consulting for a large health provider to orchestrate and lead the transition of critical health systems and databases from an existing hosted provider to a new provider including upgrades of application platforms and technology. The work entailed future state architecture, planning, security, risk mitigation, migration and co-ordination of 3rd party providers to provide a smooth transition of services for end users.
