Results
Here's how our clients are benefiting from cloud enablement.
GeoOp
For this rapidly growing SaaS provider, we reviewed the technical feasibility, cost, and fit of the four largest public cloud providers. The result was a sound design for a future cloud infrastructure that will cost-effectively deliver high availability and incremental scaling in order to support a rapidly increasing customer base.
eLife
To support its new online life insurance offering, eLife need secure, cost-effective hosting with the ability to scale up on demand. We architected Amazon-based cloud platforms for both production and QA that include auto-scaling across multi-availability zones to give a scalable and resilient infrastructure.
The result is an initial 50% reduction in forecast hosting costs and the ability to create a clone of the production environment for QA in less than one day.
Department of Conservation
DoC wanted to run a 10 month project to build and test an ontology-based Auto Classification system to classify the content being received by their workers in the field.
We deployed the Smartlogic Semaphore solution on an Amazon server, enabling the delivery of Auto Classification to DoC's content stored on a Windows Fileshare.
The Amazon Server was deployed rapidly and provided the platform in a timely manner, enabling the project to meet its deadlines and avoid capital expenditure.
