Our Wellington team has recently added new senior consultants able to assist customers in areas including strategy execution, business design, solution and enterprise architecture, and business analysis.
Julian Lonsdale
Chief Architect
Julian Lonsdale brings a wealth of business and technology expertise to his role as Chief Architect for our Wellington practice. He recently joined us from Telecom, where he was Head of Business Design and Change. Prior to Telecom he worked for IBM NZ as Chief Technologist.
Julian brings our customers the benefits of extensive experience consulting to both large and small enterprises in a variety of industries. He can assist with many aspects of the strategy-to-operations spectrum and has special expertise in Business Strategy, Business Design and Enterprise Architecture. His combination of business and technology design expertise means he is ideally placed to help customers realise their strategic goals.
David Grainger
Senior Solutions Architect
David Grainger is a highly skilled and experienced Consultant and is a Senior Solutions Architect with our Wellington team. David has worked in both the public and private sectors in Europe, the US and New Zealand.
David's favourite kind of mission is guiding stakeholders on the journey to an IT solution, helping them see the pragmatic course of action and navigating to their strategic objectives. Key businesses David has assisted include the NAIT (animal traceability) organisation, the New Zealand passports office and the Accident Compensation Corporation.
Ben Copsey
Consulting Lead
Julian and David join a thriving team headed by Consulting Lead Ben Copsey. Ben is a seasoned and experienced consulting professional, having developed his career from graduate through manager level within Accenture and BearingPoint. He can assist customers with deep expertise in areas including IS strategy review and development, knowledge management strategy, business benefits analysis and realisation, and business process re-engineering.
Ben excels at helping our customers get to grips with new technologies and emerging paradigms, and he puts a strong emphasis on understanding the implications for business strategy and process. He balances a keen interest in technology-led innovation with pragmatic recognition of any organisation’s capability and capacity to deliver.
