Staff Revel In Summer Shape-Up
They laughed, they cried, they sweated - A LOT - and they probably swore quite a bit at times, too. But in the end, it was all worth it as Optimation's summer shape-up programme delivered some impressive results, including 57 kilos and 68 percent bodyfat lost, reduced sick leave, and happier, more engaged staff.

Offshoring Key To NZ Growth
Optimation's founder Neil Butler believes combining agile local development with offshoring is the way forward for New Zealand IT companies who envision significant long-term growth. The ideal model keeps high skill, high value work like business analysis and project management in New Zealand, while making the most of the cost and scale benefits of an offshore partner. It's an approach that is winning over local customers, as demonstrated by the Optimation-led OHR consortium's recent success in winning a major, multi-year Department of Corrections outsourcing contract for Application Development, Maintenance and Support.
Optimation Makes High Growth List
Optimation has achieved 46th spot on the TIN100 (Technology Investment Network) list of globally focused technology companies.
